But that's ok. That's why I am here. To guide you—to coach you—along your journey. So you can break free of those loops, the ones that have you stuck, and start loving the shit out of yourself instead. Here's how we can work together:
6 WEEK PROGRAM
This program is designed to help you consiously explore your sober-curiosity. You get personalized, ongoing support to not only abstain from drinking, but also to start exploring your why.
12 WEEK PROGRAM
Looking for support beyond a 6 week program? Or maybe you are already committed to living alcohol free, but need the tools to support your new lifestyle. Either way, this program is for you. A lot can happen over the course of 12 weeks!
6 MONTH PROGRAM
This program is perfect for anyone ready to commit to transformational work around breaking self-sabotage loops and establishing healthy lifestyle habits. We tackle the big issues first and then work to develop the tools needed to continuously tap into (and trust) your intuition.
6 WEEK PROGRAM
Are you curious to explore what life would be like without alcohol? This is your chance to consciously explore that curiosity over the course of a customized 6 week program. Courtney will work with you and provide ongoing one on one support to not only abstain from drinking, but also to explore the why behind your relationship with alcohol— you’ll get accountability throughout the 6 week program as well as personalized exercises to explore between sessions. The only requirement is a commitment to the program and yourself.

6 MONTH PROGRAM
This program is ideal for anyone looking to make the commitment to doing transformational work around breaking self-sabotaging loops and establishing new healthy lifestyle habits in order to start living a more fulfilling life. We start by identifying and tackling the biggest issue first— such as grey area drinking, unhealthy eating habits or any other patterns that no longer serve you— and then we move into developing the tools needed to continuously tap into what you already “know” you need in order to thrive. The 6 month program typically provides plenty of opportunities to navigate life events and solidify your ability to practice these new healthy habits until they become second nature. Required for this program: a desire to change, a willingness to put in the work and an open mind.
Structure/Cost:
The structure and cost of a 6-month program will vary based on the individual needs of each client. We will design a program that is right for you by assessing what area(s) you want to work on and what your short and long-term goals are. This includes how often we meet (either weekly or bi-weekly) and the type of support you will receive in between sessions. The structure of your program will be clearly outlined before we start.

TR6 is a 6-week course, designed to support you in consciously exploring your relationship with alcohol. This is perfect for you if you are:
Actively drinking, but want to take a break from booze and explore your "why"
Actively drinking and looking for a sober-kick start to change your relationship with alcohol for good
Already taking a break from booze (or drinking less) and in need of new tools to keep going

The "no judgment zone" aspect of Courtney’s group encourages people to join-in and participate. It's great to see suggestions for things to do instead of drinking, as well as getting around social stigmas, etc. I LOVED the positivity of this group.
